The 2008 Echo Farms Golf & Country Club Member- Guest Tournament  promises to be a lot of fun with good weather, old friends, as well as great food and spirits!

This year’s Member-Guest will be played on June 27-29. The format will be five – 9 hole matches against each team in your flight. The field will be limited to the first 60 teams to sign up.

Due to the success of recent Member-Guest Tournaments it is important that you fill out the entry form completely, it will serve as your reservation into the tournament.

If your guest is from out of town, please forward this form to him, so it may be completed by his Golf Professional. To help the committee plan for the event please try to give us an accurate headcount for all of the activities.
